Carpaccio di Wagyu Striploin Fumée e Pinzimonio, priced at 850 THB++
Smoked infused beef carpaccio, mixed with artichoke, walnut and wild rocket, topped with Parmesan cheese.
Tartare di Manzo Wagyu, priced at 1,880 THB++
Striploin beef tartare with lemon olive emulsion, topped with Parmesan cheese, truffle paste and fresh black truffle, which is well paired with beef tartare.
Tagliata di Manzo Wagyu Ribeye al Profumo di Aglio e Rosemarino, priced at 1,880 THB++
Tender marinated sliced grilled rib-eye mixed with rosemary and garlic. Served hot with roasted potatoes.
Straccetti di Manzo Wagyu ai Funghi Porcini, priced at 1,780 THB++
Thinly sliced Wagyu beef rib-eye mixed with porcini mushroom, white wine, parsley and cherry tomatoes.
Manzo Wagyu al Foie Gras in Cocotte con Pure di Patate, priced at 1,980 THB++
Rib-eye Wagyu cubes cooked with foie gras, Italian herbs and white wine, topped with cherry tomatoes. This dish offers a strong taste and is well paired with mashed potatoes.
