Phuket, 8 March 2018 – Savour La Gritta’s special recipes in March 2018 with tasty, authentic home-made pasta gnocchi crafted by Chef Patrizia. Guests will enjoy five different potato gnocchi dishes mixed with a variety of sauces and ingredients, including Italian sausages and pork ribs, mozzarella, Parmesan and Gorgonzola cheeses, Wagyu beef cheek and tiger prawns.
Home-made potato gnocchi mixed with pork ribs and Italian sausages which offers a slightly salty taste well paired with a sauce that is slightly spicy and sour. This kind of pasta originated in Rome, Italy.
Home-made potato gnocchi, originally from the city of Sorrento in Italy. This dish offers a great combination of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses with a rich tomato sauce. Recommended for the vegetarian.
Home-made potato gnocchi with a nice Gorgonzola cheese sauce, great for the vegetarian.
Home-made potato gnocchi with a slow-cooked Wagyu beef cheek in red wine and a rich sauce. This is a special recipe by Chef Patrizia.
