JANUARY TASTING AROUND THE WORLD AT LA GRITTA


Welcome to the first month of 2019! Chef Patrizia at La Gritta would like to invite guests from around the world to journey on a tasting adventure with five perfectly crafted special recipes in January. Guests will experience a unique product from each region, including traditional Italian soup and pasta, Hokkaido octopus from Japan, oysters from Normandy in France and beef tenderloin from the United State of America.


Pasta e Patate, priced at 490 THB++

Creamy potato soup with pasta, recommended for vegetarians


Carpaccio di Polipo, priced at 750 THB++

Hokkaido octopus carpaccio mixed with baby potatoes, Kalamata olives, celery and shaved bottarga


Ostriche della Normandia, priced at 780 THB++

Six pieces of size three Normandy oysters, served with fresh lemon juice


Tortellini Emiliani alla Boscaiola, priced at 650 THB++

Traditional tortellini filled with Parma ham, Mortadella, pork loin and Parmesan cheese, served with mushrooms and bacon sauce


Filetto di Manzo Americano, price 1,800 THB++

American beef tenderloin served with five sauces, grilled asparagus and roasted potatoes
