On Friday 10th May 2019, Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa Phuket launched its new menu at Prego by the Beach and at the same time introducing its new Italian Executive Sous Chef Michael Mulas with a premier event.
The new menu’s signature dish “Carre’ D’Agnello” originates from
Sardinia, where meat is eaten daily with local fresh vegetables straight from the gardens. Australian rack of lamb is served with textures of green peas in pea foam, pea powder, Pea Puree, and a pea and pancetta stew, accompanied with a classic blue cheese risotto with strawberries and mint lamb jus. A classic Italian dish made with love to savor.
