La Gritta, an Italian restaurant at Amari Phuket, is calling all seafood lovers to experience “Sound of the Sea” as a special promotion in August 2018. All five speciality dishes crafted by Chef Patrizia are available daily with the chef’s inspiration to serve the freshest seafood selected from popular regions around the world. Guests will enjoy the satisfying flavours from the ocean, including oysters from Normandy; caviar from France; octopus and scallops from Hokkaido, Japan; mussels from Australia; sea bass from the Andaman Sea; Alaskan king crab; and Canadian lobster.
