In April 2019, Chef Patrizia at La Gritta presents a delicious speciality of Italian cuisine with a taste of Piedmont cheeses. Guests will delight in the gastronomic sensation of five luscious dishes, featuring home-made gnocchi, risotto, lamb chop, Angus beef tenderloin and veal. All dishes are finely crafted with the highest-quality, flavourful cheeses imported from Italy’s Piedmont region.
Home-made potato gnocchi filled with Castelmagno cheese and served with pears, honey, butter and Parmesan
Risotto cooked with tiger prawn, truffle cream and Cusiè chestnut cheese, garnished with finely chopped parsley
Fontina cheese fondue and grilled lamb chop, well complemented by roasted seasonal vegetables
Angus beef tenderloin with Barolo wine cheese sauce, well paired with sautéed mushrooms and roasted potatoes
Veal scaloppine with malt and whiskey sauce, served with pumpkin purée
